The following is a list of items needed when you apply for a mortgage. Please make sure to make copies of these items and bring them with you to your application appointment.

 Most recent 1 months pay stubs
W2 forms for the last 2 years (Federal tax returns if self employed
      or commissioned)

Last 3 month’s bank statements (including any retirement or
       investment accounts)

Agreement of sale for property you are buying and selling
Divorce decree and property settlement( if applicable)

Copy of a valid driver’s license.

Property tax information (found on the MLS listing sheet)
If child support is being used to qualify, a copy of the order stating
      the amount of the support and proof you have been receiving it for
      at least 3 months.
Check for $350 payable to "Mortgage America."
