I am a born and raised Berks County resident my entire life with family who lives in Schuylkill County. Very familiar with the area because of my family who lives in Hegins, Schuylkill County, and my past business ventures in Schuylkill (bowling).

I am a graduate of Penn State University - I have a Masters Degree in Business Management and Marketing

Graduate of Governor Mifflin High School in 1999

Worked as an apprentice & assistant (during an internship) at Mortgage America from January 2003 - May 2003

Became a loan officer January 1, 2004 ; I specialize in all of Schuylkill, Northern Berks, and Lancaster County

Have lots of experience making a difference in the community with my own personal business. I have my own business outside of the mortgage industry for the past 5 years. My business is known as the Pennsylvania Junior Bowlers Tournament (PJBT). This traveling bowling tour was created in 1999 and the business was created, maintained, and handled by myself during my entire college studies. My organization involves running bowling tournaments all over the state of Pennsylvania for junior bowlers to compete and win scholarships. Our tournament bowling series has given away over $ 80,000 in scholarships over the past 5 years.

I have received national recognition for my work with the PJBT. I was the 2001 recipient of the David Dahms Sportsmanship Award. This award is presented to the only male individual in the nation that is seen as doing more for his community in the sport of bowling than anyone else. In addition, I was a finalist in 2002 for the Youth Leader of the Year award. This award is presented to the elite youth who has expressed strong leadership skills within his community.

With every one of the loans I take, I make a donation to the PJBT scholarship fund that allows young adults to further educate themselves in college universities and trade schools.
