Sam is and has been a professional builder/ real estate developer in the Delaware construction market. In 2003 he decided to bring the skills that he has gathered in the 15 years as a real estate developer to a mortgage company. Selecting a mortgage company was an important task, he wanted to find a company that has the excellent reputation that his own company has, after careful consideration, that company is Mortgage America.
