After you have taken the application with me, I remain in contact with you weekly throughout the process. I send letters to you and to your real estate agent letting everyone know what is still needed prior to closing.

I am not only your loan officer during the mortgage process, but your mortgage informant for life. I will keep you updated on new programs and when it may be a good time to refinance. I still have many past clients call me from time to time (years after they have settled), just to see what they would qualify for on a new home or perhaps just refinance their present home.
